Timothy Earl Higgins: Newspaper Obituary and Death Notice

04/02/52 ~ 12/31/04 Timothy was born in Wichita, Kansas to Edward Hobson Higgins and Zezal Chapman Higgins. He served his country as a member of the Army Special Forces. He was an accountant for the State of Arizona. He walked through life as a gentle, caring man. Preceded in death by his lifelong friend, Jerry J. Neve, his mother and father, and sister, Haze. Survived by his brother, Henry A. Higgins and sister, Ruth I. Womack and Aaron P. Higgins, of Wichita, Kansas, and many loving friends and loved ones who called him Mr. Tim and Uncle Tim.
