Wichita, Kansas - Henry "Hank" D. Bittle, 70, passed away Monday, October 17, 2022. He was born November 19, 1951 to Olan and Willie Mae (Anglin) Bittle in Wichita, KS.
Henry served in the Army for 35 years and retired as a Sergeant Major. He retired from Boeing as a manager after 25 years. Henry loved noodling, fishing, riding his bicycle, and completed over 50 marathons in 38 states.
Henry is survived by his children, April (Pat) Bittle-Schoonover and Travis (LizAnn) Bittle; grandchildren, Brittney, Serena, Blake, Marisa, and Avery; great-grandson, Maverick; siblings, Nancy Turner and John (Toni) Bittle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Sunday, October 23, 2022, from 5 to 8 pm at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210. Graveside Service: 10 am, Monday, October 24, 2022 at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery, 1208 N. College St., Winfield, KS 67156.

When we moved starting Junior High Henry lived 2 blocks away and we were good friends. Walked to school and played neighborhood sports together. Henry would help anyone and was a people person. I got to talk to him in 2020 thanks to his Daughter April.
