Janis Ann Reynolds, 65, of Fort Smith died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, in a local hospital.

She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by husband, Robert “Bobby” Reynolds; her father, Eulus Birmingham.

She is survived by one daughter, Rhonda Sammons of Fort Smith; one son, John Paul McCoy of Joplin, Missouri; her mother, Helen (Thurbush) Birmingham; one sister, Peggy Becker of Wichita, Kansas; two brothers, Eulus “Bo” Birmingham, Jr. and Kenneth Birmingham both of Wichita, Kansas; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
